本文综合近年来国内外有关多环芳烃(PAHs)致癌性的研究资料,着重从细胞色素P450、环氧化物水解酶、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶、PAH-DNA加合物等方面,概述了多环芳烃的致癌性及其机制,为PAHs的致癌机制研究提供一定的思路。 |

This paper reviews investigations about the carcinogenicity of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and mainly expounds cytochrome P450, epoxide hydrolase, glutathione S-transferase, PAH-DNA adducts in an attempt to provide ideas for a deep research in the carcinogenic mechanisms of PAHs. |
