血管内皮生长因子对皮肤血管生成影响的研究进展

摘要:
血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是促进血管内皮细胞生长的最有效的有丝分裂原,它通过与其相应的受体结合而发挥生物学作用。它在正常皮肤组织中有少量的表达,而在皮肤创伤、瘢痕组织形成以及皮肤肿瘤等病理过程中发挥着重要的作用。目前,无细胞真皮基质(acellular dermal matrix,ADM)已被广泛用作真皮替代物,但其血管化机制并不清楚。而VEGF在ADM血管化过程中起到非常重要的作用。

Abstract:
VEGF is the most effective mitogen which can promote the growth of vascular endothelial cells. It plays biologic effect by combination with corresponding receptor. VEGF is less expressed in normal skin tissue, but is more expressed in some pathological courses such as skin wound, scar tissue and skin tumor. Nowadays, cellular dermal matrix (ADM) is broadly served as the dermal surrogate, although the mechanism of vascularization is unclear. VEGF plays very important role in the process of the vascularization of ADM.
