锁孔技术在颅内动脉瘤治疗中的应用进展

摘要:
锁孔技术是微创神经外科的一个标志,具有损伤小,反应轻等优点。锁孔技术在颅内动脉瘤治疗上取得了满意的临床效果。颅内锁孔入路包括眶上额下入路,颞下入路,半球间入路,翼点入路等。本文综述了锁孔技术的定义,锁孔技术在颅内动脉瘤中的应用,内窥镜辅助锁孔治疗颅内动脉瘤以及锁孔显微神经外科的发展前景。

Abstract:
Keyhole technique is a sign of microinvasive neurosurgery, which has the advantages of less injury and post-operation reaction and so on. Now keyhole technique has achieved satisfactory clinical effect in the treatment of intracranial aneurysm. Intracranial keyhole method includes subfrontal, subtemporal, interhemispheric, pterional approaches etc. This article describes the concept of keyhole technique, its application in the treatment of intracranial aneurysm with and without the endoscope-assisted, and the future development of keyhole micro-neuro-surgery.
