| ［目的］探讨中医推拿按摩和654-2相结合的方法治疗小儿功能性复发性腹痛的疗效。［方法］ 180例临床病例随机分为对照组（654-2）、中医组(推拿按摩)和中西医组（654-2+推拿按摩）等3组，每组60例，治疗观察。 ［结果］发现与对照组比较中医组疗效显著，而中西医结合组的有效率最高（中西医组98.33%，中医组83.33%，对照组63.33%，P<0.01）。［结论］中西医结合治疗小儿腹痛方法效果好，而且方法简单易行，值得临床推广使用。 |

| ［Objective］ This is to investigate the effect of the combination of TCM and western medicine (654-2) on the functional RAP. ［Methods］ One hundred eighty clinical cases were divided into the matched control group (654-2), Chinese medicine group (massage) and the combination of TCM and western medicine group with 60 of them in each group. ［Results］ Compared to matched control group (63.33%) and the Chinese medicine group (83.33%), cure rate in the combination of TCM and western medicine group (98.33%) was highest (P<0.01). ［Conclusion］ The combination of TCM and western medicine is the most effective treatment to the functional RAP and is a simple method, so it should be applied to clinical treatment extensively. |
