| ［目的］测定3种不同形状附着体的固位力。［方法］实验分5组，分别制作各组附着体测试固位力的实验试件，每个试件用电阻应变式力学测试机重复10次测定其固位力，所得数据进行统计学分析。［结果］5组附着体固位力分别为：A：（10.26±0.34）N；B：（8.22±0.41）N；C：（7.96±0.29）N；D：（10.47±0.61）N；E：（10.52±0.58）N。A组与B、C组，B组与D组，C组与E组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；A组与D、E组，D组与E组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。［结论］3种附着体的固位力均达到临床要求，配备白色塑料帽套的按扣式附着体固位力最大。 |

| ［Objective］To measure retentive forces of three different attachments in shape.［Methods］The attachments were divided into five groups.The retentive force specimens of five groups were made respectively. Then each one was drawn vertically ten times on mechanical test-bed. The data were analyzed statistically.［Results］Retentive forces of five grpups of attachments:A:(10.26±0.34)N, B: (8.22±0.41)N; C:(7.96±0.29) N; D:(10.47±0.61)N; E:(10.52±0.58)N. There was significant difference between A and B or C ,B and D,C and E (P<0.05), There was no significant difference between A and D or E , D and E(P>0.05).［Conclusion］Retentive forces of three different attachments all meet clinical requirement. Stud-snap attachment with white plastic cap can give the highest retentive force. |
