3种不同形状附着体的固位力测定

摘要:
[目的]测定3种不同形状附着体的固位力。[方法]实验分5组,分别制作各组附着体测试固位力的实验试件,每个试件用电阻应变式力学测试机重复10次测定其固位力,所得数据进行统计学分析。[结果]5组附着体固位力分别为:A:(10.26±0.34)N;B:(8.22±0.41)N;C:(7.96±0.29)N;D:(10.47±0.61)N;E:(10.52±0.58)N。A组与B、C组,B组与D组,C组与E组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与D、E组,D组与E组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]3种附着体的固位力均达到临床要求,配备白色塑料帽套的按扣式附着体固位力最大。

Abstract:
[Objective]To measure retentive forces of three different attachments in shape.[Methods]The attachments were divided into five groups.The retentive force specimens of five groups were made respectively. Then each one was drawn vertically ten times on mechanical test-bed. The data were analyzed statistically.[Results]Retentive forces of five grpups of attachments:A:(10.26±0.34)N, B: (8.22±0.41)N; C:(7.96±0.29) N; D:(10.47±0.61)N; E:(10.52±0.58)N. There was significant difference between A and B or C ,B and D,C and E (P<0.05), There was no significant difference between A and D or E , D and E(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Retentive forces of three different attachments all meet clinical requirement. Stud-snap attachment with white plastic cap can give the highest retentive force.
