干酪菌发酵液对豚鼠离体回肠的动力作用

摘要:
[目的]观察干酪菌发酵产物对豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌的作用。[方法]采用豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌标本,观察加入干酪菌发酵产物前后肌紧张和收缩幅度的变化。给药浓度分别为ZPL 1.5×103mg/L、3.0×103mg/L、6.0×103mg/L、12.0×103mg/L、18.0×103mg/L、24.0×103mg/L。[结果]干酪菌发酵产物3.0×103mg/L、6.0×103mg/L、12.0×103mg/L豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌肌紧张分别为123%、132%、138%,组间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);6.0×103mg/L、12.0×103mg/L、18.0×103mg/L豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌收缩幅度分别为171%、316%、354%,组间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]干酪菌发酵产物能提高豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌肌紧张和收缩幅度,且呈剂量-效应依赖关系。

Abstract:
[Objective]To study the effects of zymotic fluid of polypor laetiporus (ZPL) on smooth muscular tension and contraction of isolated ileum of guinea pig.[Methods]Isolated guinea pig ileum was incubated in an organ bath, and muscle tense and contraction amplitude were observed. The dose of ZPL were 1.5×103mg/L, 3.0×103mg/L, 6.0×103mg/L,12.0×103mg/L,18.0×103mg/L, 24.0×103mg/L.[Results]ZPL 3.0×103mg/L, 6.0×103mg/L,12.0×103mg/L increased muscle tense, Which was 123%,132%,138% respectively; and ZPL(6.0×103) mg/L,(12.0×103) mg/L, (18.0×103) mg/L increased contraction amplitude, Which was 123%,132%,138% respectively.[Conclusion]ZPL could significantly augment the spontaneous contraction of pig ileum with dose dependent manner.
