[目的]探讨三维成像二维钛网成形颅骨修补术的临床应用经验。[方法]选择2004年7月~2007年2月收治的87例颅骨缺损患者,其中45例行三维钛网修补,42例行三维成像二维钛网修补,随访修补效果。[结果]随访0.5~3年,三维钛网组发生并发症16例,其中钛网内陷2例,钛网切割头皮致钛网外露3例,边缘翘起2例,术后感染1例,皮下积液8例;二维钛网组2例出现皮下积液。[结论]三维成像二维钛网颅骨修补避免了三维钛网的缺点,减少了并发症,具有临床推广及应用价值。 |

[Objective]To discuss the clinical application experience of skull repairing operation with two-dimensional shaping titanium
mesh by three-dimensional imaging(TDI).[Methods]We selected 87 patients of skull defect from 2004,7~2007,2, In which 45 cases were performed with three-dimensional titanium mesh,42 cases were performed with two-dimensional titanium mesh by TDI.After operation,they were followed.[Results]After the follow-up period(6 months to 3 years),15 cases had complications in three-dimensional titanium mesh group,In which 2 cases titanium mesh sank,3cases showed outside due to cutting scalp, 2 cases rose on borders,1 case was infected,8 cases were subcutaneous hydrops.In two-dimensional titanium mesh group,2 case were subcutaneous hydrops.[Conclusion]Two-dimensional shaping titanium mesh by TDI avoids the shortcomings of three-dimensional titanium mesh and reduces some complications,so it has applicable and popularized clinical value. |
