跟骨关节内骨折的重建钛板内固定治疗体会

摘要:

［目的］探讨应用跟骨重建钛板切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的手术方法和治疗效果。［方法］2005年3月~2008年1月，对33例（33足）跟骨关节内骨折切开复位跟骨重建钛板内固定，骨折分型采用Sanders分型法。按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能，33足均获随访。 ［结果］平均随访时间11个月（5~18个月），优良率90.9％，所有患者跟骨Bohler's角恢复到正常范围。［结论］跟骨关节内骨折应用重建钛板切开复位内固定治疗可以获得良好的临床疗效。

Abstract:

［Objective］To study the skills and evaluate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation for intra-articular calcaneal fracture with reconstructive titanic alloy plate.［Methods］From March 2005 to January 2008, reconstructive titanic alloy plates were used in 33 calcaneal fractures of 33 patients, those fractures were classified according to Sanders classification and scored with Marryland foot score system, all cases were followed-up.［Results］The cases were followed up for 5 to 18 months(average 11 months). According to Marryland foot score system, good clinical results were 90.9％, Bohler's angle was improved to common domain.［Conclusion］Open reduction and internal fixation with reconstructive titanic alloy plate was an ideal method for intra-articular calcaneal fracture and it could get good effects.ords}
