套筒冠义齿用于牙列缺损修复治疗的临床研究

摘要:

［目的］探讨套筒冠义齿修复牙列缺损的临床疗效。［方法］32例牙列缺失患者，其中22例为成人牙周炎，经牙周治疗后行套筒冠义齿修复牙列缺损，共制做套筒义齿41件,追踪观察时间为6～18个月。通过检测基牙牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、临床附着水平（CAL）、探诊出血（BOP）、牙齿松动度、牙槽骨支持指数（BS），并使用美国加利福利亚牙科学会（CDA）质量评价体系结合实际情况修订的修复体效果评价调查表来评价修复治疗效果。［结果］32例患者经修复治疗后，在不同观察时间内，各基牙牙周指标保持稳定（P＞0.05），所有患者咀嚼功能得到改善，对修复治疗的总满意率达96.88%。［结论］套筒冠义齿应用于牙列缺损及多数牙缺失的牙周病患者的固定活动联合修复，有良好的临床效果。

Abstract:

［Objective］To investigate the clinical effect on defect of dentition after telescopic denture treatment.［Methods］The changes of periodontal pocket depth(PD),clinical attachment loss(CAL), bleeding on probing(BOP) ,tooth mobility(TM),bone support(BS) were determined before and after prosthodontic treatment with 41 telescopic dentures in 32 patients. The follow-up period varied from 6 to 18 mouths. The questionnaire were made after treatment using the edited denture effect evaluation system referred to the CDA quality assessment evaluation system.［Results］After treatment, The results of PD,CAL, BOP,TM,BS were analyzed using analysia of variance, no statistical significance was gotten(P＞0.05).32 patients were satisfied with their dentures.Their masticatory functions were improved. Total rate of validity were 96.88％.［Conclusions］The telescopic denture is effective in prosthodontic treatment of defect of dentition.
