| ［目的］用氢氧化钙消毒根管达到预防根管治疗间疼痛的发生。［方法］实验组105牙用氢氧化钙糊剂封入根管内消毒；对照组105牙用甲醛甲酚消毒，比较两组患牙在根管治疗间发生疼痛的比率。［结果］封氢氧化钙糊剂组发生疼痛的患牙为8个（7.62%），对照组发生疼痛的患牙为26个（24.76%）。两者之间差异有显著性意义（P<0.005）。［结论］氢氧化钙可以有效预防根管治疗间疼痛的发生。 |

| ［Objective］To observate the incidence of inter-appointment pain in non-calcium hydroxide to sterilize the root canal.［Methods］In the experimental group(105-cases), "CH" was as disinfectet agent while in the control group(105 cases), "FC" was used. Incidence of inter-appointment pain was compared in two groups.［Results］There were 8 teeth (7.26%) with inter-appointment pain in the experimental group, while 26 teeth(24.76%) in the control group. There were signficant difference between two groups(P<0.005).［Conclusions］Calcium hydroxide used as disinfection of root canal can reduce the incidence of inter-appointment pain efficiently. |
