医用五谷虫的制备技术研究

摘要:
[目的]研究医疗用五谷虫(蛆虫)的饲养繁殖和无菌处理制备技术。[方法]搜集丝光绿蝇虫卵,在实验室无菌条件下进行人工饲养与繁殖,观察蛆虫生长时间与规律,对虫卵和虫体采用双重消毒处理,对蛆虫进行细菌学和病毒学检测。[结果]五谷虫的虫卵期为1 d,幼虫期为5~7 d,经过7~8 d蛹期后羽化成蝇,可以稳定传代。虫卵和虫体采用双重消毒处理后,蛆虫生命活力存在,未发现细菌和病毒生长。[结论]五谷虫可以在室内条件下人工饲养传代,虫卵虫体双重消毒法是安全有效的蛆虫消毒技术。

Abstract:
[Objective]To study the skills about rearing and asepsis of maggot of Chinese herb. [Methods]Collected the eggs of Lucilia sericata, artificial rear the maggot under the experimental condition, Observed the time orderliness of maggot living. Double steps disinfection of eggs and maggot body, checked the maggot with bacterial and virus test. [Results]Egg phase was 1 day, maggot phase was 5~7 days, after 7~8 days pupa turned to be fly, propagated stably. After double steps disinfection, maggot kept alive and no bacterium and virus were detected. [Conclusions]Maggot of Chinese medicine could be reared with artificial skill, the method of double step disinfection could be an ideal asepsis skill to deal with maggot.
