摘要:

［目的］验证国产HM-HDR后装治疗机放射源的位置与剂量精度。［方法］通过假源替代法和电离室法，对所使用的后装机放射源的源到位精度、源步距精度、通道驻留点长度一致性、源吸收剂量的重复性以及源吸收剂量精度进行实测验证。［结果］2该后装治疗机放射源的到位精度、源步距精度、通道驻留点长度一致性、源吸收剂量的重复性以及源吸收剂量精度，均在允许精度以内，符合临床治疗要求。［结论］放射源的位置精度和剂量精度的验证是必要的，验证方法简便易行。

Abstract:

［Objective］To verify the positions accuracy and dose accuracy of 192 Ir source for China-made HM-HDR brachytherapy machine.［Methods］The source positions accuracy, the step distance, the length accordance of channels dwell positions, the repetition and the accuracy of source absorbed dose were measured and verified by the dummy source replacement and ionization chamber.［Results］The source positions accuracy, the source step distance accuracy, the length accordance of channels dwell positions, the repetition and the accuracy of source absorbed dose were in accord with the specification. They were consistent with the clinical requirement.［Conclusions］The verification of the accuracy of source positions and dose are necessary, and the verification methods are feasible.
