摘要:

［目的］对呼吸重症监护室（RICU）使用MX-1200型医用灭菌消毒器（MX1200型消毒器）进行空气消毒效果进行评价。［方法］用空气平皿沉降采集呼吸重症监护室在不同时段内的空气样本，进行细菌培养计数，比较空气消毒前后的细菌数量，以判定其灭菌效果。［结果］未用MX-1200消毒器时，在9个时段细菌总数均明显超标。而使用MX-1200消毒器1 h后，则细菌总数显著下降至标准以内，5 h后细菌总数持续降至0~61.93 cfu/m³。［结论］使用MX-1200型消毒器可使RICU室在正常工作条件下，动态连续测定的空气样本符合卫生部颁布的Ⅱ类科室空气消毒的标准（≤200 cfu/m³）。

Abstract:

［Objective］To evaluate the air sterilization effect of MX Type-1200 disinfector used in RICU(respiratory intensive care unit).［Methods］The air samples of RICU in distinct time were collected by flat slab exposure method, and carried on germiculture.The disinfect effect was observed by comparing the bacterial contents before and after the air disinfect.［Results］Without MX Type-1200 disinfector, total bacterial count in all 9 time sections obviously exceeds the disinfection standard, but using the disinfector for an hour, the general bacterial population remarkable drop to standard. After the starting disinfector 5 hours, the bacterial total continues to fall to 0~61.93 cfu/m³.［Conclusions］On normal working conditions, MX Type-1200 disinfector can make the air samples of RICU which are detected dunamically and continually fulifilled the requirement of class-Ⅱdivision air disinfect announced by the Department of Health.
