| ［目的］探讨单侧外固定支架并植骨治疗胫骨骨不连的特点并阐述观点。［方法］56例均采用单侧多功能外固定支架并植骨术治疗。［结果］经术后12～36个月随访，56例均1次治愈。［结论］单侧多功能外固定支架并植骨术治疗胫骨骨不连效果良好。 |

| ［Objective］To discuss the features and explain the methods of application of unilateral axial dynamic fixation in the treatment of non-union of tibia with bone graft.［Methods］Fifty-six cases were treated in the application of(multiple faretional) unilateral axial dynamic fixation and bone graft.［Results］All the cazes were follow-up for 12~36 months and have got primally healing.［Conclusions］The application of (multiple faretional) unilateral axial dynamic fixation in the treatment of non-union of tibia with bone graft can get excellent result. |
