[目的]探讨CT三维重建椎间隙测量技术在颈人工椎间盘置换中的使用价值。[方法] 运用CT三维重建技术准确测量椎间隙的最大横径、前后径及高度,运用ANSYS分析软件包,重建颈椎的三维空间结构,测量出颈椎间盘的大小,确定植入的人工椎间盘的型号;术中直接测量颈椎椎间盘的大小。[结果]CT三维重建椎间隙测量技术与术中直接测得的颈人工椎间盘型号相符。术后患者神经功能恢复良好。[结论]CT三维重建椎间隙测量技术测得数据准确、可靠,简化了手术过程,是科学、可行的颈人工椎间盘选择技术。 |

[Objective]To investigate the clinical value of the application of CT-guided three-dimensional reconstruction to measure the intervertebral space in cervical artificial intervertebral disc replacement.[Methods]To measure the maximum transverse diameter, anteroposterior diameter and height of the intervertebral space with the CT-guided three-dimensional reconstruction technique, and rebuild the three-dimensional spatial structure with the ANSYS software, then definite the type of the artificial intervertebral disc; to measure the size of the cervical intervertebral disc in the surgery directly.[Results]The type of the artificial intervertebral disc was the same with the application of CT-guided three-dimensional reconstruction and the direct measurement.[Conclusions]The technique of CT-guided three-dimensional reconstruction intervertebral space measurement could gain the accurate and reliable data, and simplify the operation process; it is the scientific and feasible technique to choose the artificial intervertebral disc. |
