| ［目的］探讨治疗环形混合痔的有效方法。［方法］ 对180例患者采用纵切横缝分段结扎的手术方法。［结果］180例患者均痊愈，总有效率达100%，切口愈合时间15～30 d。 随防2～5年，均无肛门狭窄及肛门失禁，肛门功能正常。［结论］纵切横缝分段结扎治疗环形混合痔，疗效高，无并发症及后遗症。 |

| ［Objective］To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.［Methods］One hundred and eighty patients were treated with operation of longitudinal incision & cross-sectional suture plus segmental ligation.［Results］One hundred and eighty cases were cured.The effective rate being 100%. The averaye hospitalization time was 15~30 days. year follow-up showed no anal stricuture and fecal incontinence. The anal function the anal function was nomal in the discharged patients.［Conclusions］Longitudinal incision & cross-sectional suture plus segmental ligation is a better one in terms of better therapeutic effect and no complication & seguela |
