| ［目的］了解新入学研究生血清铁、锌、钙、镁含量,评价新入学研究生的营养状况。［方法］应用原子吸收光谱仪对大连医科大学2006年入学研究生血清进行铁、锌、钙、镁含量的测定。［结果］血清铁、锌、钙、镁含量分别为（1.49±0.49）、（0.70±0.23）、（102.18±18.89）和（18.70±3.70）μg/mL，与参考值比较铁、钙偏高显著，锌、镁偏低显著，男女学生血清各元素含量无显著性差异。［结论］新入学研究生血清锌、镁含量存在不同程度的偏低情况。 |

| Abstract: |
| ［Objective］To assay the serum contents of Fe,Zn,Ca and Mg among graduate students and evaluate the nutrition of them.［Methods］Serum contents of Fe,Zn,Ca and Mg among graduate students of Dalian medical university in 2006 were determined by AAS.［Results］Serum contents of Fe,Zn,Ca and Mg were as follows（μg/mL）: （1.49±0.49），（0.70±0.23），（102.18±18.89）and （18.70±3.70）,comparing with reference value the serum contents of Fe，Ca increased and the serum contents of Zn and Mg decreased, and there was significant deviation(P>0.05).［Conclusions］The serum Zn，Mg deficiency existed among new graduate students in 2006 to several kinds of degrees. |
