| ［目的］测定白附子片中多糖含量。［方法］ 用水提醇沉法提取附子多糖，苯酚-硫酸分光光度法测定多糖的含量。［结果］附子多糖的含量为（5.431± 0.334）%，回收率97.26%，RSD为3.78%，线性范围为5 ~ 40 μg/mL。［结论］该方法快速、准确、重现性好、便于实际应用。 |

| ［Objective］To establish a simple and accurate method for the detetmination of polysaccharide content of Rhizoma Typhonium Gigantei.［Methods］Polysacchayide extracted from Rhizoma Typhonium Gigantei by water-extraction-alcohol-precipitation method were determined by phenol sulfonic acid spectrophotometry.［Results］The contents of polysaccharide of samples was (5.431~0.334)%, the average recovery was 97.26 %, standard curve was liner in the concentration range 5 ~ 40 μg/mL.［Conclusions］The method is simple,rapid and reliable. |
