实时荧光定量PCR应用及实验条件优化

摘要:
实时荧光定量PCR是在普通PCR基础上发展起来的新技术,在保持了PCR技术灵敏、快速、特异特点的基础上增加了定量的特点。在检测微小残留病变,肿瘤标志性基因及病毒负荷量等方面为临床医生判断病情,了解预后发挥着不可替代的作用。荧光定量PCR为科学发挥着巨大作用的同时,人们也不断对其实验条件进行优化,保证定量结果的准确。

Abstract:
Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR basing ordinary PCR is a new technique which possess characteristic of sensitiveness ,quickness and speciality,can accurately fix the quality.It can help clinical doctors judge the disease transformation by detecting the minimal residual disease and tuomor symbol gene .It also have incommensurable function for basic knowledge researchers. In orer to assure the precise result,we need continue to optimize the experimental conditions of Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.
