| Effective and secure targeted vector is the key of the gene therapy succeed or not. In this paper, the action principle and selection principle of the gene therapy vectors are briefly introduced and the advantage and disadvantage of some usual viral vectors, non-viral vectors and the latest developed deliver systems are compared. |
