| 摘要: |
| ［目的］ 测定透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscope, TEM) 胶片的干燥度和数量对TEM达到工作要求规定的真空度水平所用时间的影响规律。［方法］ 将不同数量的胶片预先干燥不同时间后，装入TEM中，测定TEM达到工作真空度水平所用的时间。［结果］①TEM达到工作要求规定的真空度水平所用时间与胶片数量成正比；与胶片预先被干燥的时间成反比。②一定数量的胶片在预先被干燥一定时间后，对TEM的真空度水平没有影响。［结论］TEM胶片在用干燥器预先被干燥7 h后，对TEM达到工作要求规定的真空度水平所用时间没有影响。 |

| ［Objective］Detect the rule which dryness degree and quantity of the transmission electron microscope (TEM) film influence on the time for the vacuum degree of TEM's normal work regulation.［Methods］Detect to reach the vacuum degree for TEM after drying the various film for various time and putting into the TEM.［Results］①The time to reach the vacuum degree of TEM work regulation is direct proportional to the a mount of film and inverse proportional to the time for dryness. ②A certain mount film which was dried for a period of time in advance has no influence on the vacuum degree of TEM.［Conclusions］TEM films which are dried in desiccator for above 7 hours have on influence on the vacuum degree of TEM for the work regulation. |
