透射电子显微镜胶片的干燥度对电镜真空系统的影响

摘要:
[目的] 测定透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscope, TEM) 胶片的干燥度和数量对TEM达到工作要求规定的真空度水平所用时间的影响规律。[方法] 将不同数量的胶片预先干燥不同时间后,装入TEM中,测定TEM达到工作真空度水平所用的时间。[结果]①TEM达到工作要求规定的真空度水平所用时间与胶片数量成正比;与胶片预先被干燥的时间成反比。②一定数量的胶片在预先被干燥一定时间后,对TEM的真空度水平没有影响。[结论]TEM胶片在用干燥器预先被干燥7 h后,对TEM达到工作要求规定的真空度水平所用时间没有影响。

Abstract:
[Objective]Detect the rule which dryness degree and quantity of the transmission electron microscope (TEM) film influence on the time for the vacuum degree of TEM's normal work regulation.[Methods]Detect to reach the vacuum degree for TEM after drying the various film for various time and putting into the TEM.[Results]①The time to reach the vacuum degree of TEM work regulation is direct proportional to the a mount of film and inverse proportional to the time for dryness. ②A certain mount film which was dried for a period of time in advance has no influence on the vacuum degree of TEM.[Conclusions]TEM films which are dried in desiccator for above 7 hours have on influence on the vacuum degree of TEM for the work regulation.
