| ［目的］探讨椎基底动脉供血不足血液流变学变化。［方法］对47例椎基底动脉供血不足病人及25例健康对照者进行了血液流变学检测。［结果］ 病例组的红细胞电泳时间、全血高及中、低切值、血沉、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数、血沉方程K值，与健康对照组比较二者之间差异有显著性意义，P<0.05。病例组血液流变学异常率为95.7%，红细胞电泳时间异常率最高，为57.45%。［结论］血液流变学异常在椎基底动脉供血不足的发病机制中起着重要的作用。 |

| ［Objective］To study the change of Hemorheology in patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency.［Methods］The indexes of hemorheology were tested in 47 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency and 25 healthy people.［Results］There were statistical significant differences between the two groups in the values of RBC electrophoresis, ESR,fibringen, RBC agglutination index and ESR equation K value (P<0.05).The abnormal rate of hemorheology was 95.7% in patients group, and the abnormal rate of RBC electrophoresis was the highest(57.45%).［Conclusions］Abnormal hemorheology plays an important role in the mechanism of vertebrobasilar insufficiency attack. |
