| ［目的］通过检测不同分级肝硬化患者血清leptin水平，探讨leptin检测在肝硬化中的临床意义。［方法］ 用ELISA法检测59例肝硬化患者及70名健康对照者的血清leptin水平，对肝硬化患者进行Child-Pugh分级，并测定全部受试者身高、体重，计算其体重指数（BMI）。［结果］ 肝硬化患者血清leptin水平（13.55±4.59）ng/mL显著高于正常对照组（7.33±3.37）ng/mL（P<0.01），女性肝硬化患者血清leptin水平（17.87±4.86）ng/mL显著高于男性患者（11.65±3.83）ng/mL（P<0.05），不同分级肝硬化三组间血清leptin均值（12.44±4.88）ng/mL、（14.09±5.12）ng/mL和（14.99±4.97）ng/mL之间差异无显著意义（P>0.05）。［结论］肝硬化患者血清leptin水平高于正常人，并有性别差异，但leptin水平与肝硬化分级无明显相关。 |

| ［Objective］To study and analyze the levels of serum leptin in healthy volunteers, patients with cirrhosis.［Methods］A ELISA was used to test leptin in human serum include 59 patients with cirrhosis and 70 healthy volunteers.［Results］Leptin level in healthy volunteers [（7.33±3.37）ng/mL] had a statistical difference with that of patients with cirrhosis（13.55±4.59）ng/mL( P<0.01),but there was no statistical difference in different Child-Pugh class of cirrhosis（12.44±4.88）ng/mL、（14.09±5.12）ng/mLand (14.99±4.97)ng/mL( P>0.05).And leptin level in cirrhosis had a statistical difference between male（17.87±4.86）ng/mLand female [(11.65±3.83)]ng/mL(P<0.05).［Conclusions］There is a statistical difference of leptin levels in healthy volunteers and patients with cirrhosis. And leptin level also is a correlation with gender. But there is no statistical difference of leptin levels in different Child-Pugh class of cirrhosis. |
