| ［目的］观察小剂量冷沉淀治疗鼻出血的临床疗效。［方法］将120例鼻出血患者随机分成两组，治疗组应用小剂量冷沉淀，对照组应用复方薄荷油。［结果］ 小剂量冷沉淀对鼻出血治疗有效率为80%，复方薄荷油对照组有效率为56.67%，两者相比有显著性差异（P<0.01）。［结论］小剂量冷沉淀对鼻出血治疗效果优于复方薄荷油。 |

| ［Objective］To observe the clinic efficacy of CYRO in the treatment of epistaxis.［Methods］We randomly divided 120 cases with epistaxis into two groups, treated with CYRO and nebula menthoence compositim, respectively.［Results］The effective rate was 80% treated with CYRO and that of the control group was 56.67%(P<0.01).［Conclusions］Compared with control group, CYRO is more effective for treatment of epistaxis. |
