摘要:

［目的］观察穴位埋线配合艾灸治疗原发性痛经的治疗效果。［方法］ 原发性痛经患者50例，随机分为治疗组25例(穴位埋线配合艾灸治疗)与对照组25例(口服消炎痛),观察治疗3个月的疗效并进行对照分析。［结果］ 穴位埋线配合艾灸治疗效果情况优于口服消炎痛，治疗组25例患者中，总有效率88%，对照组25例患者中，总有效率24%, P<0.05。有显著性意义。［结论］穴位埋线配合艾灸是治疗原发性痛经较为有效的方法。

Abstract:

［Objective］To observe the therapeutic effect of embedding thread and moxibustion treating primary dysmenorrhea.［Methods］fifty cases with primarydysmenorrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group (25 cases) and the contrast group (25 cases). The contrast group was treated by Indometacin and the treatment group by embedding thread and moxibustion .The therapeutic effect of two groups after 3 months were observed respectively.［Results］Compared with Indometacin ,the treatment group had advantage on the curative effect. The total effective rate were 88% and 24% in the treatment group and contrast group ,with significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.［Conclusions］Embedding thread and moxibustion has good curative effect on treating primarydysmenorrhea.
