| ［目的］通过不同方法测量根管长度，指导根管治疗的准确性。［方法］ 采用手感法X光照片、电测法3种方法测量根管长度，并和离体牙实测相比较。［结果］ 手感法和X光照片的测量结果准确性较差，而电测法的结果较准确（P<0.05）。［结论］电测法测量根管长度值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: |
| ［Objective］To study accuracy of the root-canal treatment with the different measuring method. ［Methods］The method of feeless,X light photograph,the electricity measures to measures the root canal length ,and compare with the solid measuring methods of the isolated teeth.［Results］The electricity measure method is better accurate than feeless method and the X light photograph method（P<0.05）. ［Conclusion］It is worthy of expanding clinically to measures the root-canalLength with the electyicity measures method. |
