摘要:

［目的］观察Permcath双腔导管在恶性胸腔积液化疗的应用价值。［方法］38例恶性胸腔积液患者应用Permcath双腔导管置管行胸腔闭式引流,配合顺铂联合α-2b干扰素腔内灌注胸腔区域化疗。3~5 d后重复引流和灌注，1个月后记录治疗效果。［结果］应用Permcath双腔导管行胸腔闭式引流，具有引流充分、无阻塞现象，留置时间长。经Permcath双腔导管行腔内化疗后，近期疗效：CR 10例(26.3%), PR 21例(55.3%),NC 7例(18.4%),有效率81.6%。［结论］Permcath双腔导管留置胸腔闭式引流术, 配合顺铂联合α-2b干扰素腔内灌注胸腔区域化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液是一种安全有效的方法,值得临床推广。

Abstract:

［Objective］To observe the efficacy of drainage with cuffed dual lumen(permcath) and treatment with cisplatin and α-2b interferon on malignant plural effusion.［Methods］All of 38 cases with malignant plural effusion was treated by drainage with cuffed dual lumen (permcath) and injection of cisplantin(DDP) and α-2b interferon. It was done again after 5 days. The curative effect and side effect were recorded one month later.［Results］The advantages using cuffed dual lumen (permcath) for malignant plural effusion showed that plural effusion was drainaged out completely and the obstruction of the duct (permcath) was not presented in all cases. The curative effect was CR: 10 cases (26.3%); PR: 21 cases (55.3%); NC: 7 cases (18. 4%).［Conclusion］It is safe, effective and convenient to treat malignant plural effusion with drainage by cuffed dual lumen (permcath) and administration of cisplatin and α-2b interferon.
