| ［目的］探讨眼眶爆裂性骨折的临床特点及CT影像学特征。［方法］对2000年9月～2006年1月40例（40眼）眶爆裂性骨折的临床资料及CT影像学特征进行回顾分析。［结果］致伤原因为拳击伤20例，车祸伤17例，其他3例。眼部临床症状和体征主要有复视、眼球运动障碍及眼球内陷等。CT检查均见有眶壁骨折、移位、眶内容物嵌顿于骨折处。［结论］CT扫描对眼眶爆裂性骨折的诊断有重要价值。 |

| ［Objective］To study the clinical characteristics of the orbital blowout fracture and the diagnostic and therapeutic methods.［Methods］Reviewed the clinical data of 40 cases (40 eyes) with orbital blowout fracture in Anshan Central hospital between September 2000 to January 2006. ［Results］Twenty cases resulted from hits on the eyes, 17 cases from traffic accidents. The patients usually presented diplopia, limitation of eye movement, and enophthalmos. CT scan confirmed the lesion of the eye with orbital wall fracture, displacement, intraorbital body incarceration at fracture place.［Conclusion］CT scan plays an important role in diagnosis of orbital blowout fracture. |
