| 摘要: |
| ［目的］探讨温肾补元、健脾生肌法中药对多发性肌炎的治疗作用。［方法］采用建立动物模型、肌肉病理组织学检查、ENA多肽抗体检查、肌肉中IgG沉积检查、药物治疗分析方法、检测大鼠致病表现、病理改变及治疗效果。［结果］温肾补元、健脾生肌法中药治疗与强的松对照组、与模型对照组比较（P 均 <0.01），差异非常显著。［结论］本实验为温肾补元、健脾生肌法中药治疗人类多发性肌炎提供依据。 |

| ［Objective］To explore the effectiveness of WSBYJPSJ chinese medicine on polymyosotos . ［Methods］Through Estaloshing animal models, adopting muscle histopathological examination, ENA polypeptide antibody examination, muscle IgG deposotion examination and pharmacotherapy analysis to detect effectiveness. ［Results］The group with WSBYJPSJ Chinese medicine was better than the control group with prednisone and model control group (P<0.01). ［Conclusions］This experiment provided the reference for the therapy of WSBYJPSJ Chinese medicine to human polymylsitis. |
