[目的]观察鹿茸对雌性去势小鼠子宫生长的影响。[方法]]雌性小鼠去卵巢10 d后,随意分为对照组和实验组。实验组用鹿茸冻干粉每天以2、6 和18 mg剂量连续给去卵巢小鼠灌胃14 d,对照组分为阴性对照组和阳性对照,阴性对照组为去卵巢组;阳性对照以20 μg剂量的雌激素连续灌胃14 d,应用子宫/体重比值和子宫外径的测定以及HE染色来观察鹿茸对雌性去势小鼠子宫的形态学改变。[结果]子宫/体重比值,去卵巢组、2 、6 和18 mg组分别是(0.82±0.05)、(0.95±0.06)、(1.12±0.10)、(1.37±0.04)mg/g,6 mg组和18 mg组与去卵巢组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫外径去卵巢组和18 mg组分别是(0.80±0.04)、(0.97±0.06) mm,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过HE染色和实物照片可以观察到雌性去卵巢小鼠的子宫随着鹿茸剂量的增加而逐渐增大,子宫内膜逐渐增生,腺体逐渐增大。[结论]与去卵巢组比较实验组鹿茸有促进雌性去卵巢小鼠子宫生长的作用,并与鹿茸的剂量呈正相关。 |

[Objective]To observe the influence of deer antler on uterine growth in ovariectomizeed female mice.[Methods]Female mice were ovariectomized(OVX) for 10 days and randomly divided into experimental groups and control groups.The mice of three experimental group was intragastric injected with 2 mg, 6 mg and 18 mg of deer antler's low-freezed-dry powder respectively for 14 days. The control groups divided into negative group and positive group, the negative group is OVX group; the positive group is intragastric injected with Estradilum. The morphological change was determined by observing uterus/body weight ratio (mg/g) and uterus diameter of cavity (mm) as well as hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining. [Results]The uterus/body weight ratio of OVX group, 2 mg group ,6 mg group and 18 mg group are (0.82±0.05), (0.95±0.06), (1.12±0.10) and (1.37±0.04) mg/g respectively, the uterus/body weight ratio of 6 mg group and 18 mg group compared with OVX group increased significanly,P<0.05. The uterus diameter of cavity of OVX group and 18 mg group are (0.80±0.04) and (0.97±0.06) mm respectively. Compared with OVX group, the uterus diameter of the experimental group significantly increased,P<0.05. [Conclusions]Deer antler may promote the growth of uterus of ovariectomized mice compared with OVX group, and uterine growth is more and more manifest with the dose of deer antler increasing. |
