龙蛇羊泉汤对膀胱癌小鼠抗氧化能力的影响

摘要:
:[目的]探讨龙蛇羊泉汤对BTT739膀胱癌荷瘤小鼠的抗氧化能力的影响。[方法]BTT739肿瘤细胞接种T739小鼠,随机分组,①龙蛇羊泉汤组:龙蛇羊泉汤灌胃0.15 mL2次/d;②对照组:每日灌胃生理盐水0.15 mL 2次/d;测定荷瘤小鼠的血清Se,及血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)的水平。[结果]龙蛇羊泉汤组小鼠可以维持小鼠血清Se的水平,由接种时的(0.264±0.004)μg/mL则降低至(0.206±0.012)μg/mL, 对照组的Se值由接种时的(0.267±0.007)μg/mL降低至(0.107±0.01)μg/mL(P <0.05); 龙蛇羊泉汤组小鼠血清LPO由接种时的(2.20±0.13)μmol/L升高至(8.43±0.25)μmol/L, 对照组的LPO值由接种时的(2.24±0.07)μmol/L升高至(13.6±0.46)μmol/L(P<0.05)。[结论]龙蛇羊泉汤增加小鼠机体抗氧化的能力可能是龙蛇羊泉汤清热解毒的重要机制。

Abstract:
[Objective]To investigate the antioxidiative effects of the longsheyangquan decoction on bladder carcinoma BTT739 in mouse.[Methods]After inoculated with the bladder tumor BTT739 cells, the mice were randomly divided into 2 groups: ①group A was given intragatrical longsheyangquan decoction 0.15mL twice per day; ②group B was given normal saline as control; the blood Se and lipid peroxidation level of the mouse were examined.[Results]In group A and B, the blood Se level were(0.206±0.012)μg/mL and (0.107±0.01)μg/mL respectively ( P < 0.05 ); as well as the lipid peroxidative level of each group were(8.43±0.25)μmol/L and (13.6±0.46)μmol/L respectively ( P < 0.05 ). [Conclusions]Increased the antioxidiative effects in the mouse might be the main mechanism of the heat-clearing and toxicity-removing method by longsheyangquan decoction.
