摘要:

［目的］ 介绍同时应用左内乳动脉和桡动脉移植物行冠状动脉搭桥的早期效果和临床经验。　［方法］ 同时应用左内乳动脉和桡动脉行冠状动脉搭桥手术21例。常规体外循环下搭桥18例，非体外下搭桥3例。平均每例搭桥(4.21±0.98)支，搭动脉桥2.6支。［结果］ 全组无手术死亡。随诊未发现心绞痛复发，除1例心衰外，无其他心脏事件发生，无心电图缺血表现发生。无前臂缺血、功能障碍等并发症发生。［结论］ 内乳动脉和桡动脉搭桥的近期效果显著。

Abstract:

［Objective］To introduce the experience and evaluate the early outcome of using the left internal mammary arteary and radial arteary at the same time for coronary artery bypass graft(CABG) operation. ［Methods］ Left internal mammary arteries and right radial arteries were used at the same time as the conduits instead of saphenous vein in 21 CABG operations.On-pump CABG 18 cases, off-pump CABG 3 cases. 4.2 distal anastomosis with 2.6 arterial conduits for each case were performed. ［Results］ There were no perioperative deaths. During follow-up period, there were no angina pectoris and ECG abnormal and other heart affairs except one heart failure two months later after operation.There were no harvest-related complications. ［Conclusion］ The left internal mammary arteries and radial arteries as the arterial conduits for CABG have a very good early clinical results. This technique is hopefully a promising technic in coronary surgery.
