| 摘要: |
| ［目的］ 探讨经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术后发热情况和相关因素。［方法］ 回顾2004年10 月～2006年4月74例经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术情况，分析其中6例术后出现发热的相关因素。［结果］ 6例并发感染，术后6～10 h出现寒战高热，持续2～7 d，伴不同程度血尿。［结论］ 肠道准备、消毒措施、预防应用抗生素、技术因素和患者机体素质可以影响经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术后发热的发生，患者心理因素可能参与其中。 |

| Abstract: |
| ［Objective］To probe into the fever risk factors of tranrectal prostate biopsy. ［Methods］The clinical data of 74 patients underwent prostate biopsy from 2004 to 2006 were reviewed. ［Results］ Among all patients 6 cases got high temperature for 2 to 7 days. ［Conclusion］ Apart from bowel preparation and antibiotics, hyperpyrexia following transrectal pros tate biopsy is probably related to technique and patient factors. |
