多种抗磷脂抗体在反复流产患者体内的表达

摘要:

［目的］对照性地研究多种抗磷脂抗体（APA）在反复流产患者体内表达的情况，以探讨其联合检测的临床意义。［方法］不明原因反复流产患者35例为研究组，正常早孕妇女35例为对照组，检测两组中6种APA的阳性率。［结果］研究组阳性率80%，对照组阳性率2.86%(P ＜0.001)；研究组6种APA均有阳性出现，共计出现72例次，对照组仅1例抗体阳性；研究组中6种抗体的光密度值均显著高于对照组。［结论］本研究证实了在反复流产患者中抗磷脂酸抗体阳性率最高，可能有助于提高APS的诊断率；对反复流产患者如发现多种APA阳性，应动态监测APA的变化；采用多种APA的联合检测，将提高其检测指标的敏感性和特异性。

Abstract:

［Objective］To study clinical relevance of six kinds of anti-phospholipid antibodies (APA)together to examine in women with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) by compare with the normal controls group. ［Methods］ Thirty-five cases of recurrent abortion and 35 cases of normal early pregnancy subjects were collected , and six kinds of antiphospholipid antibodies were determined respectively.［Results］The positive rates of APA in RSA group(80%) were higher than those of the normal controls(2.86%) (P<0.001); Six of APA were present in patients with RSA, amount to 72 case times, in the normal controls group there are three typies with APA but amount to 3 case times only. The average A values for the 6 kinds of IgG antiphospholipid antibodies of recurrent abortion group were significantly higher than those of the normal controls group.［Conclusions］ The study indicated that a PA had the highest positive rate in RSA patients,the examination of which may be helpful in increasing the diagnostic rate of APS.If there are multiple APA in RSA patients,the best way is to detect dymatic change of APA.The joint examination of multiple APA may increase the sensitivity and specificity of detecting guide line.
