| 摘要: |
| ［目的］分析多发性骨髓瘤导致心脏损害的原因及途径。［方法］回顾性分析57例多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床资料。［结果］治疗前或治疗过程中既有或出现心脏损害16例，占28.1%；死亡25例，而直接死于心血管并发症共10例，占40%。［结论］心脏损害是多发性骨髓瘤治疗前及治疗中较常见的并发症；心脏损害是多发性骨髓瘤致死的重要原因之一。 |

| ［Objective］To analyze the reason and the approach of MM patients complicated with cardial injury.［Method］Clinical data of 57 patients with MM f
rom 1995 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.［Result］Cardial injury were apperedin 16 cases before or during the treatment ,the occurrence rate was 28.1%;In all 57 cases of MM,25 cases have died and 10 cases died due to cardial injury,it took 40% in all25 died patients.［Conclution］ Cardial injury was a common complication of MM before or during the treatment,and it was a important reason for MM to death. |
