面部外伤急诊修复160例分析

摘要:

［目的］ 比较面部外伤急诊清创时采用整形修复与普通修复方法的效果。［方法］ 自2003年以来，对160例面部外伤患者采用整形修复及普通修复，分组进行比较，分析结果。 ［结果］ 两组的治疗结果差异显著（P<0.05）。 整形修复除有较大皮肤软组织缺损经Ⅱ期修复愈合外，所有伤口均获Ⅰ期愈合，无感染发生，瘢痕不明显。术后0.5～2年随访，创伤处均无瘢痕增生、萎缩，周边器官移位畸形等情况出现。 ［结论］在面部外伤急诊清创时采用整形外科技术与普通修复相比效果更佳，可以最大限度地恢复容貌，避免或减少二次手术整形修复。

Abstract:

［Objective］ Compare the results of facial trauma emergency repaired by plastic surgical method with common method［Method］ From 2003,160 cases of patients with facial trauma adopts plastic surgical repair and common repair,comparing by devided into two groups ,analyzing the results.［Results］The treatment results of the two groups shows marked difference. （P<0.05）.In plastic surgical repair group,all wounds were healed at I stage except some cases with large skin and soft tissue defect which healed after Ⅱstage repair, with no infection and the scar left was slim.By 0.5～2 years follow-up after debridment,the healed wounds have no hypertrophy ,no scar atrophy,no deformity caused by adjacent organ translocating.［Conclusion］ The result of plastic surgical repair is better than common repair when facial trauma is emergency managed.Using plastic surgerytechniques can recover the facial appearance to the large extent .And it can avoid or decrease the second plastic surgical repair.
