| 摘要: |
| ［目的］探讨心脏外伤的诊治要点。［方法］回顾性分析15例心脏外伤患者救治的临床资料。［结果］心脏破裂急诊手术15例，抢救成功11例，死亡4例，另有1例术后发生脓胸及胸壁感染，感染率6.7%,4年来胸壁慢性感染迁延不愈,其余手术效果满意，无明显后遗症。［结论］快速转运伤员，早期正确的诊断和迅速开胸行心脏修补止血是成功抢救心脏外伤的关键。 |

| ［Objective］ To study the key point of diagnosis and treatment of heart trauma.［Methods］ The clinical data of 15 cases of hearttrauma were
retrospectively reviewed.［Results］ Fifteen cases of heart trauma underwent emergent surgery,11cases were survived(73.3%),4 cases died.During follow-up,one case suffered thoracic wall infection after operation(6.7%),others were uneventful.［Conclusion］ Transport the patients rapidly,and accurate diagnosis and fast open chest surgery are the keys to good outcomes. |
