[目的]探讨中药四君子汤对膀胱癌荷瘤小鼠化疗中免疫功能的保护作用。[方法]用小鼠膀胱癌细胞接种于T739小鼠皮下,接种24 h 后分别给药,动物随机分为8组,对照组,丝裂霉素C(MMC)组,大剂量四君子汤组,中剂量四君子汤组,小剂量四君子汤组,大剂量四君子汤+MMC,中剂量四君子汤+MMC,小剂量四君子汤+MMC。用药7 d 后检测各组小鼠外周血中的白细胞数、淋巴细胞转化率,用药14 d后测定小鼠的脾重、NK细胞活性。[结果]四君子汤的3个剂量组均能使化疗时荷瘤小鼠的血白细胞数、脾重、NK细胞活性维持在正常水平,与MMC组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);大剂量四君子汤组的淋巴细胞转化率及脾重最高,达到(41.2±4.2)% 及(206.8±4.1) mg,与其他各组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);大剂量四君子汤+MMC组的各项检测指标均优于中或小剂量四君子汤+MMC及MMC组, 组间比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论] 四君子汤可增强荷瘤小鼠化疗时的机体免疫功能。 |

[Objective]Investigating the immunoprotective effects of Sijunzi decoction (SJZD) on bladder carcinoma treated by chemotherapy in mice.[Methods]T739 mice were inoculated subcutaneously with mouse bladder carcinoma cells, and then randomly divided into 8 groups: control group, mitomycin C (MMC) group, high-dosage SJZD group, medium-dosage SJZD group, low-dosage SJZD group, MMC with high-dosage SJZD group, MMC with medium-dosage SJZD group, and MMC with low-dosage SJZD group respectively. The medication was begun in 24 h after tumor cell inoculation. The number of white blood cells in peripheralblood and the change of transformation efficiency of lymphocyte (LT) were determined 7 days after treatment. The NK cell activities and spleen weight of the mice were determined 14 days aft
er treatment.[Results]All data from three SJZD groups of mice were in the normal range. Compared with the data from MMC group of mice, the difference is significant (P<0.05). The LT and spleen weight were (41.2±4.2)% and (206.8±4.1) mg respectively in the group of mice with high dose of SJZD treatment, it was obviously different to that in the other groups of mice (P<0.05). All data from the group of mice treated with MMC and high-dosage SJZD group were better than those from the
groups of mice treated with MMC and medium or low dosage SJZD and MMC group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] SJZD could elevate the immune function of tumor-bearing mice treated with chemotherapy. |
