慢性呼吸性酸碱平衡紊乱时肾的调节作用

摘要:
[目的]从数学角度阐明在慢性呼吸性酸碱紊乱时,肾参与代偿调节的作用,为进一步量化这一作用并建立相应的数学模型提供依据。[方法]将△[HCO3-]/△PaCO2定义为肾代偿调节的“顺应性”。通过相关方程计算出肾参与代偿调节顺应性的变化范围。绘制PaCO2与△[HCO3-]/△PaCO2间的关系曲线。[结果] 1.分别绘制了慢性呼吸性酸、碱中毒时,肾参与代偿调节顺应性的变化范围曲线图。2.慢性呼吸性酸、碱中毒时,随着血浆中△PaCO2的增大,肾代偿调节顺应性的变化范围逐渐减少。[结论]在慢性呼吸性酸、碱紊乱的研究中引入顺应性概念,绘制PaCO2与△[HCO3-]/△PaCO2曲线图。为定量描述肾的代偿作用提供了新的研究途径和依据。

Abstract:
[Objective]The thesis elucidates action about renal participating in compensatory adjustment from mathematical angle in chronic respiratory acid-base disturbance and offers basis for further quantitating the action and building corresponding mathematical model.[Methods]△PaCO2/△[HCO3-] wa defined to compliance of renal compensatory adjustment. The changed scope of complianceabout renal participating in compensatory adjustment wa calculated by relative equations. Relational graph about PaCO2 and △[HCO3-]/△PaCO2 wa drawn.[Results] 1. Graph of changed scope of compliance about renal participating in compensatory adjustment were drawn out in chronic respiratory acidosis and alkalosis separately. 2. The changed scope of compliance about renal compensatory adjustment wa gradually decreasing with the increment of △PaCO2 of blood plasma in chronic respiratory acidosis and alkalosis.[Conclusion] It is introduced concept of compliance and drawn graph of curve about PaCO2 and △[HCO3-]/△PaCO2 in the study of chronic respiratory acid-base disturbance. It provides new research ways and bases for quantitative describing renal compensatory action.
