| ［目的］ 初步研究蜂蜡软膏对缺损性慢性皮肤溃疡大鼠的溃疡皮肤生长情况的影响。 ［方法］制备缺损性慢性皮肤溃疡大鼠模型，将实验动物分为阳性对照组、蜂蜡软膏组、阴性对照组。每组6只大鼠，1次/d，每隔3 d测定皮肤溃疡面积。［结果］从皮肤愈合速度比较图中看出，蜂蜡软膏能明显促进大鼠溃疡皮肤的生长。 ［结论］蜂蜡软膏对大鼠缺损性慢性皮肤溃疡有明显的治疗作用。 |

| ［Objective］ Observe whether skin growth promoting ointment could promote rats model of defective chronic cutaneous ulcer wound healing［Methods］ Eighteen rats divided into three groups(skin growth promoting ointment group, vaseline group and liquid paraffin group) were included in this study, use HAc to get rats model of defective chronic cutaneous ulcer. Spread the wound with ointment one time per day, measure the area of cutaneous ulcer every three days, and then observe the results through tissue slice. ［Results］ Skin Growth Promoting ointment could obviously promote the growth of cutaneous ulcer and the healing time was shorten obviously. ［Conclusion］ skin growth promoting ointment can cure rats model of defective chronic cutaneous ulcer. |
