摘要:

［目的］利用术前血清CA125水平预测Ⅲ期卵巢癌细胞减灭术的可行性。［方法］回顾性分析术前CA125升高的57例Ⅲ期卵巢癌患者。利用ROC曲线方法求出最有临床价值的CA125水平，并进行对比分析。［结果］CA125为500 μg/L是判断卵巢肿瘤细胞减灭术可行性的最有临床价值的数据。术前CA125 500 μg/L预测理想肿瘤细胞减灭术或不理想肿瘤细胞减灭术的敏感性72.7%，特异性为66.7%；阳性预测价值为72.7%，阴性预测价值为66.7%。［结论］术前血清CA125为500 μg/L是Ⅲ期卵巢癌术前预测能否施行理想的肿瘤细胞减灭术的最有临床价值的CA125水平。

Abstract:

［Objective］ The aim of this study was to determine the ability of preoperative serum CA125 to predict optimal primary tumor cytoreductionin patients with Stage Ⅲ epithelial ovarian carcinoma. ［Methods］　To performed a retrospective chart review of 57 patients with Stage Ⅲ ovarian carcinoma.we used a receiver operating characteristic curve to determine the CA125 level with the maximal prognostic power in predicting optimal versus suboptimal cytoreduction. ［Results］ A preoperative CA125 level of 500 u/mL was identified as the value with the most predictive power.Using a threshold level of 500 μg/L , the preoperative serum CA125 level was able to predict optimal cytoreduction with a sensitivity of 72.7% ,specificity of 66.7%, positive predictive value of 72.7%,and negative predictive value of 66.7%. ［Conclusion］ A preoperative CA125 level of 500 μg/L was identified as the value with the most predictive power of performing optimal cytoreduction in patients with Stage Ⅲ ovarian carcinoma.
