| ［目的］ 探讨P53、Ki67、Bcl-2的表达在不同类型胸腺瘤中的意义及其临床特征。［方法］ 对66例胸腺瘤进行组织学分型。A型9例；AB型11例；B1型13例；B2型10例；B3型10例；C型13例。应用免疫组织化学染色SP法，检测P53、Ki67、Bcl-2在66例不同类型胸腺瘤中表达特征。［结果］ 在A、AB、B1、B2、B3型及C型胸腺中，P53的表达分别为22.2%、27.2%、23.1%、40.0%、60.0%、84.6%,B2、B3、C型与A、AB、B1型之间差异显著（P<0.05）；Ki67高指数（Ⅲ级+Ⅳ级）表达分别为22.2%、18.1%、23.1%、40.0%、70.0%、84.6%，B2、B3、C型与A、AB、B1型之间差异显著（P<0.05）；Bcl-2阳性率分别为100.0%、72.7%、23.1%40.0%、80.0%、69.2%,B1、B2、B3型胸腺瘤呈逐渐增高趋势，存在显著差异性（P<0.05）。［结论］ P53、Ki67、Bcl-2的表达在不同类型胸腺瘤中差异显著，有助于判断胸腺瘤良恶性，对临床预后评估有重要参考价值。 |

| ［Objective］ To study clinic signification detecting expressions of P53,Ki67 and Bcl-2 in thymoma different types.［Methods］ The 66 cases of thymomas were detected by SP immunohistochemical method including type A 9 cases,type AB 11 cases,type B1 13 cases,type B2 10 cases,type B3 10 cases and type C 13
cases.［Results］ In the thymoma type A,AB,B1,B2,B3, and type C,the expression rates of P53 were 22.2%,27.2%,23.1%,40.0%,60.0% and 84.6% respectively.The rates of B2, B3 and C types were significantly higher than those of A,AB and B1 types in 66 thymomas.（P<0.05 ）The high index (grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ) expression rates were 22.2%,18.1%,23.1%,40.0%,70.0% and 84.6%.The rates of B2, B3 and C types were significantly higher than those of A,AB and B1 types in 66 thymoma. （P<0.05 ）The expression rates of Bcl-2 were 100.0%,72.7%, 23.1%, 40.0%, 80.0% and 69.2% respectively, there were obvious increasing tendency in B2,B3 and C type,and there were obvious difference.（P<0.05 ）［Conclusion］ The detection of P53 ,Ki67 and Bcl-2 expression may be helpful to judge malignancy thymoma. |
