P27 蛋白表达与胃癌发生及临床病理特征的关系

摘要:

［目的］探讨P27蛋白表达在胃癌发生中的意义及与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。［方法］用免疫组织化学SP法检测胃腺癌组织58例和非癌胃黏膜上皮组织33例P27蛋白的表达情况，并分析其表达与胃癌发生及临床病理特征的关系。［结果］ 胃癌组P27蛋白的阳性表达率为46.6％（27/58），低于非癌胃黏膜组的81.8％（27/33），（P＜0.01）。P27蛋白表达与胃癌临床病理特征未见明确相关关系。［结论］ 胃癌发生可能与胃粘膜组织P27 蛋白表达下调相关。

Abstract:

［Objective］To explore relations of P27 expression to cavcinognensis and clinicalpathological character of gastric carcinoma.［Methods］ Immunohistochemistry mothed was used to detect P27 expression in 58 samples of gastric carcinomas and 33 samples of non-tumor gastric epithelia, and the associations of expression of P27 with gastric carcinogenesis as well as clinicalpathological character of gastric carcinoma was analyzed. ［Results］ The positive rate of P27 expression was 46.6%(27/58) in gastric carcinoma, and its significantly lower than that (81.8%, 27/33) in samples of non-tumor gastric epithelia(P<0.01). P27 expression was not significantly related to clinicalpathological character of gastric carcinoma. ［Conclusion］ The carcinogenesis may be related to decreasing of P27 expression in sore gostric carcmowas.
