摘要:

［目的］ 观察卡维地洛治疗慢性心衰患者的疗效。［方法］ 慢性心衰患者40例，随机分成两组，其中一组常规应用强心、利尿、扩血管治疗，另外一组在上述治疗同时加用卡维地洛，观察两组患者在临床疗效及心脏功能改善方面的差别，观察3个月。［结果］ 治疗组23例，总有效率91.3%;对照组17例，总有效率76.5%,两组比较显效率及总有效率均有明显差异（p<0.05）。治疗组患者的心功能改善情况及心排出量、每搏量、左室射血分数等指标的提高情况均优于对照组。［结论］ 卡维地洛是一种治疗慢性心力衰竭的理想用药，具有广阔应用前景。

Abstract:

［Objective］To evaluate therapeutic effect of Carvodilot in patients with chronic heart failure. ［Methods］ The datas of 40 patients with chronic heart failure including 25 Coronary Atherosclerotic, 12 Hypertnsion and 3 Dilated cardiomyopathy were investigated.28 cases were male, the other 12 were female. All patients were divided into 2 groups at random-therpeutic group(Ⅰ)and control group(Ⅱ).The I group were given Vasod: lator, postitive inotropic drugs and diuretics. The Ⅱ group received the same therapy and Carrodilot additionally. Difference was evaluated between the 2 gronps in therapeutic effect and cardiac function for 3 months.［Results］ Therapeutic group 23 cases,efficient ratio is 47.8%,total effective ratio is 91.3%;Control group 17 cases, efficient ratio is 23.5% and total effective ratio is 76.5%. In contrast, there is evident difference between these two groups (p＜0.05). ［Conclusion］Carvodilol is an expected drug in therapy of chronic heart falure.
