摘要:

［目的］探讨神经肽Y（NPY）在单纯性肥胖儿童血浆中的水平及影响NPY水平的一些相关因素。［方法］选择120名6～14岁单纯性肥胖儿童（轻度、中度、重度各40人）和40名正常体重儿童，用放免法测定血浆NPY水平，比较肥胖组与对照组之间NPY水平的差异性，同时对肥胖儿童进行相关的问卷调查，对资料进行分类分析。［结果］单纯性肥胖组血浆NPY水平（174.64±38.25)pg/mL明显高于对照组（128.69±32.65) pg/mL， p＜0.0001；轻度肥胖组（155.67±31.82)pg/mL明显高于对照组而低于中、重度肥胖组（178.55±38.75) 、(189.69±37.27) pg/mL， p＜0.001。体重越高血浆NPY越高，高血脂组明显高于非高血脂组，每日频繁进食组显著高于非频繁进食组。［结论］NPY在单纯性肥胖儿童血浆中明显升高，其与年龄无关，男、女组间无差异，但与体重、血脂水平、每日进食频率等因素有关。

Abstract:

［Objective］ To investigate serum levels of NPY and its related factors in children with simple obesity. ［Methods］ Serum NPY level was measured by radioimmunological method and the correlated factors were investigated and analysed by questionnaire in 120 simple obesity children aged 6-14.［Results］The levels of serum NPY in obesity group were higher compared with the control. Serum NPY in mild obesity group was significantly higher than that in control group, but lower than that in moderate and severe obesity group. There is no relationship between serum NPY level and age, and there is no relationship between the male and female. ［Conclusions］ NPY ,which was increased obviously in serum of simple obesity children, and it was related to body weight, the levels of blood fat, frequency of food intake, but not to age and sex.
