摘要:

［目的］探讨快速螺旋扩弓器扩大腭中缝在临床应用中的效果。［方法］ 通过对12例错畸形的病例运用快速螺旋扩弓器快速扩大腭中缝，在扩弓前和扩弓后均拍摄头颅后前位X线片，在X线片上测量其上颌骨宽距，归纳总结出制作快速螺旋扩弓器的经验、临床矫治的时机及最佳的加力方式。［结果］ 12例错牙合畸形的病例全部成功打开腭中缝，测量后发现，所有病例扩弓后上颌骨宽距较扩弓前均有增大，其中最大为6.15 mm，最小为3.17 mm，平均增大4.82 mm。扩弓时间一般为14～28 d。［结论］ 在青春迸发期前期的病例运用快速螺旋扩弓器扩大腭中缝具有疗效肯定、不易复发、疗程短、避免拔牙且制作简单、易于操作等优点，适合临床上应用。

Abstract:

［Objective］ To study the clinical effect of rapid maxillary expansion in correcting malocclusion. ［Methods］ Twelve cases were treated by rapid maxillary expansion for correcting malocclusion and their skulls were x-rayed before and after the expansion. The width of maxilla was measured on x-ray picture so as to summarize and find out the experience of making rapid maxillary expansion appliances, the best time for clinical correction and the best time for using more force. ［Results］ The midpalatal sutures of 12 cases were successfully opened. With an average expansion of 4.82 mm, the maxillas were expanded by a range from 3.17 mm to 6.15 mm after the expansion. Expansion lasted 14 to 28 days. ［Conclusions］ Effect of rapid maxillary expansion on cases before puberty is good and stable. It has good clinical applications.
