| ［目的］探讨笑气用于分娩镇痛的安全性。［方法］将300例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组、对照组除不给予笑气外，其他的产科处理措施与观察组相同。观察两组的分娩镇痛效果、产程时间、分娩方式，新生儿Apgar评分，产后出血量，母体动脉血气分析，吸入笑气的副反应等。［结果］观察组的阵痛强度评分明显低于对照组（p<0.001），总产程和活跃期均短于对照组，（p<0.05）差异有显著意义，而母体动脉血气分析，新生儿Apgar评分，产后出血量，分娩方式，吸入笑气副反应，均无统计学差异。［结论］笑气用于分娩镇痛是安全的。 |

| ［Objective］To approach the safety of inhaling langhing gas in labor analgesia.［Methods］300 primiparas were randomly divided into the study group（n=150） and the control group（n=150）. The same treatments were given to the two groups, except inhaling laughing gas which was only used in the study group. Two groups were compared with following indices:the degree of labor pain, delivery process, delivery ways, Apgar scores, postpartum bleeding volume, the analysis of blood gas, side effect of inhaling laughing gas.［Results］The score of labor pains in the study group was obviasly lower than that in the control one （Ｐ<0.001）The duration of active phase and whole delivery process in the study group was evidently shorter than those in the control group （Ｐ<0.05）.There were no significantly differences in blood gas analysis, Apgar score, postpartum bleeding volume, dilivery ways, And side effect of inhaling langhing gas between two groups（Ｐ>0.05）.［Conclusion］It is safe to apply inhaling laughing gas to the labor analgesia. |
