| ［目的］ 观察烤瓷熔附金属修复体（简称金瓷修复体）的临床修复效果，分析金瓷修复体与牙齿美容的关系，为今后临床应用提供参考。［方法］ 对1995年9月至今的1 189例患者制作的2 001件金瓷修复体进行即刻和随后的追踪检查并行统计分析,侧重统计牙位，颜色，形态等与牙齿美容关系密切的因素。［结果］ 本组病例金瓷修复体绝大部分用于前牙和前磨牙的修复，颜色分布以A2、A3、B2占多数(70.2%)，大多患者对修复体的形态色泽满意。［结论］ 在牙齿和颜面美容日益受到重视的今天，烤瓷熔附金属修复体不仅能满足恢复牙齿咀嚼功能的要求，也很好地满足了患者对美观方面的要求，是一种较理想的修复体。 |

| ［Objective］ To observe the clinical effect of porcelain-fused-to-metal(PFM) restoration and to discuss the relation of the PFM restoration and tooth beauty importantly. ［Methods］ To 1189 patients with 2001 restorations from 1995 were involved in this study. The emphases was the site and color of the restoration. ［Results］ Most PFM restorations were used to incisor, canine and bicuspid. The color of the 70.2% restoration was A2, A3 and B2. Most patients were satisfied with the color and form of the restoration. ［Conclusions］ PFM restoration can fulfill the chaw and beauty function of the tooth. It is an ideal restoration. |
