| ［目的］探讨错配修复基因hMSH2蛋白在胃癌细胞中的表达特点及意义。［方法］免疫组织化学SP法检测138例胃癌标本hMSH2基因的表达情况。［结果］胃癌hMSH2蛋白表达强度及表达部位均与胃癌分化程度无显著相关关系（P＞0.05）； hMSH2蛋白表达强度在核表达及核、浆同时表达者明显强于浆表达者（P＜0.05）。［结论］ hMSH2蛋白不能有效地进入核内发挥作用可能是导致错配修复功能下降的另一原因。 |

| ［Objective］ To identify the character and the significance of hMSH2 protein expression in gastric cancer cells. ［Methods］ Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of hMSH2 protein in 138 gastric cancers. ［Results］ There was significant relationship of the hMSH2 protein expression levels to location in gastric cancers, the expression in nucleus or in nucleus and plasm was stronger than that only in plasms, but both of the expression level and location were not related to the differentiation of the cancers.［Conclusion］ Disfunction of mismatch repair induced by that hMSH2 protein can not enter into nucleus and work well may be one reason of carcinogenesis of gastric cancer. |
