摘要:

[目的] 探讨B超和钼靶X线摄影术对乳腺疾病的诊断价值.[方法] 对64例乳腺病人同时做B超检查及钼靶X线检查,并与病理结果进行对比.[结果] 超声检查符合病理结果的准确率为84.5%;钼靶X线符合病理结果的准确率为78.1%.B超对乳腺囊性增生及良性肿物优于钼靶X线,而钼靶X线对乳腺恶性肿物优于B超.[结论] B超和钼靶X线对乳腺病的诊断各有所长,如两者联合,可提高准确率.

Abstract:

To contrast the evaluation of B type ultrasound and Mo-target-X-ray radiography in diagnosing breast diseases.［Methods］ Suffered of breast diseases 64cases were examined by B ultra sound and Mo-target-X-ray and the results were contrasted to the pathologic diagnosis. ［Results］ Fifty-four of 64 cases (84.5%) had the same outcome between B type ultrasound and pathologic diagnosis but 10(15.5%)were misdiagnosed. To Mo- target-X-ray 50(78.1%)were same 14(21.9%) were missed.For diagnosis of the breast disease, B type ultrasound is better than Mo-target-X-ray in diagnosing cystic mass, Mo-target-X-ray is better than B type ultrasound in diagnosing malignant tumor ［Conclusion］ B ultra sound and M0-target-X-ray have different advantages in diagnosing breast diseases.
